Shipping costs for US orders
We ship Monday through Friday via UPS.
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 12PM ET will begin processing that day (excluding holidays).
Orders placed after 12PM ET will begin processing the next business day.
Orders placed after 12PM ET on Friday will begin processing the following Monday.

Shipping costs & destinations for International orders
Our International rates include the costs for both the transportation fees AND import fees including customs, taxes, and duties. Customs costs vary widely from country to country. Total price of each item, weight of package, destination by country and/ or region, as well fabric content and manufacturing country are all factors in determining shipping charges, duties and taxes to get into the country. We reserve the right to change our costs at any time without warning. You will have a chance to review these charges PRIOR to final checkout.
PLEASE NOTE: We use Pitney Bowes to forward our International orders. The first tracking number you receive, will show the package leaving our NYC facility and arriving at Pitney Bowes in Kentucky. Your tracking number will be updated in your order history after the package leaves KY for the final destination.
Transit times are dependent upon the international service selected. Estimated shipment times are as follows:
Canada: 5-7 Days for Standard
Europe, Latin America, and Mexico: 7-10 days for Standard
Asia, Australia, and New Zealand: 7-12 days for Standard
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT CHARGES
You will not be charged for customs and import charges. Our International Shipping charges include the cost of customs. If you are charged for any customs fees, please email our Customer Service team at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and tracking number so that we can investigate your shipment with the UPS team.
PO BOXES AND APO ADDRESSES
We Are unable to ship to P.O. Box and military addresses.
