Return Policy: Store Purchases

STORE RETURN POLICY:

For purchases made in Steven Alan retail stores:

Full priced merchandise is eligible for EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT ONLY within 14 days of purchase.

Extended Holiday Return Policy: Eligible purchases made between November 25 – December 24, 2016 that have surpassed the original 14 day return window will be eligible for return or exchange through January 8, 2017.

Cash, mail check or credit card refunds are not available. Original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns. Only merchandise that has not been worn, altered, or had tags removed will be accepted. Items purchased on sale, with a promotional discount, bathing suits, intimates and jewelry are final sale and not eligible for exchange or return. Return eligibility is at the discretion of the Store Management Team. Additional exclusions may apply.

Please note:
Store Credit will be issued on a Steven Alan physical Gift Card with no expiration. Gift Cards / Store Credit may only be used at Steven Alan retail stores and cannot be used toward online purchases. Gift Cards / Store Credit is are treated as cash and cannot be replaced. Steven Alan is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards / Store Credits.

STORE PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY:

For purchases made in Steven Alan retail stores, one-time price adjustments will be honored on full-price merchandise within seven (7) days of purchase. Items not purchased at full price are ineligible for price adjustments. Original purchase receipt it required. Refund will be issued on the original form of payment.
