HOPE begun as a creative discussion between two friends, Swedish designers Ann Ringstrand and Stefan Söderberg, who were passionate and extremely interested in well-made utility wear. Realizing a lack in modern and useful Outerwear and Trousers for women, the pair launched HOPE in Autumn 2002. The concept was built around updated, masculine style using unexpected fabrics and redesigned vintage garments. The result is a collection of easy, tailored looks with utility for everyday wear. In 2005, a collection for men was added to the concept along with a complete range of shoes and accessories.
