After becoming friends in high school and going their separate ways in college, Haand founders Mark Warren and Chris Pence decided to start a company using their clay skills. Their mission is to create well-designed, high quality home wares in rural North Carolina with a focus on minimal, comfortable, elegant objects for everyday use. Haand's studio philosophy and practice is focused on improving efficiency throughout the entire process of creation- from conception to completion.
