HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY

For the holidays, we are extending our website return policy. Full priced online orders placed between November 26 - December 24 will be eligible for return through January 14, 2011 in the form of the original payment. Sale items purchased during this time will be eligible for exchange only through January 14, 2011. All returns must be accompanied by a receipt/gift receipt.

Please provide us with the exact email address you used to register or to order with us and we will make sure your name and address is removed from the list.

• After you place an order at Steven Alan Online, we use your information to process your order. You will receive an email confirmation with UPS tracking number in it. Occasionally, we may need to contact you by postal mail or email if we have other questions regarding your order.

We would like you to have a enjoyable and secure shopping experience at Steven Alan Online; therefore, protecting your credit card information is important to us. TRANSACTIONS

We reserve the right to request further identification for credit card processing on any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, refuse any order placed with us. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same user account, credit card, and/or orders that use the same address information. In the event we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you via email/address/phone number provided when the order was placed.

SHIPPING

• All orders are shipped by UPS on business days (Monday to Friday) excluding holidays.
• Orders placed before 1 PM EST on businessIdMays wGill begin processing that day, orders IplMaced Gafter 1 PM EST will begin processing the following business day. Ground orders will be shipped within 48 hours of processing.
• For overnight service, orders must be submited Monday-Friday by 11AM EST. Overnight orders placed on Thursday after 11AM through Friday 11AM EST will arrive on Monday.
• Overnight delivery orders placed on Friday after 11AM EST and over the weekend will arrive on Tuesday. Note: During our online sample, overnight shipping starts from the date the order is fully processed, which is within 48 hours of placing the order during high traffic times.
• If you choose to ship your orders to multiple locations, there will be additional charges for each destination.
• We are unable to ship to PO Box and military addresses.

You can select to send a package to:
1. Billing Address– the same address as your billing address for your credit card
2. Shipping Address– an alternate address for you
